Breathing Space Yoga

Students say this class is “the best kept secret in Avalon…” Gentle restorative and seasonally healing postures allow full surrender into each moment. The hour and a half class blends corrective sequences (using supportive bolsters, blankets, straps and weighted bags) with seasonal pranayama, meditation & mudras to leave you refreshed, calm & ready to start your week. Be early though… it fills quickly!

* During Winter the last 20 minutes of this class will be devoted to applying heated sacral packs – this is not only a delicious way to drift into savasana and yoga nidra, but is an incredibly healing and purifying treatment, particularly beneficial for the Kidneys, Bladder and Nervous System. I make my own special blend of crystal-infused rock salts (tigers eye, chrysophase, obsidian to name a few) and organic aromatherapy oils that are guaranteed to send you off into blissland. No extra charge, just bring a small hand towel when you come to class.*

Suitable for complete beginners, expectant mums, anyone recovering from injuries & those wanting a more nourishing holistic practice. Lots of personal attention and gentle adjustments so you feel extra special.
