Holly Davis was born in Britain, in time for breakfast!

She has been a long time champion of great health through the use of organic wholefoods & sustainable life practices. Her style & view have transformed from the die-hard macrobiotic vegan that she was when she co founded Iku Wholefoods in 1985, to her inclusive, creative, real food style today.

Holly’s vision to feed people love has endured & is expressed in her inspiring, informative cookery classes, through her articles & when she is catering or consulting to commercial clients. Holly is a patron of the MINDD Foundation, which is committed to providing bio medical answers to ADD, Autism, Asthma & more.

Holly is also an advocate for Lakelands Olives & their certified Extra Virgin Olive oils, which are fine examples of superior quality, attained as a result of biodynamic & organic farming practices. She is a member of the food team at NUI who distribute fair trade ingredients from the South Pacific.

Her cookbook Nourish (Simon & Schuster 1999) adorns all the best kitchens in Australia, Britain & the USA. Nourish has helped make wholefood an attractive option with the television series of the same name nearing completion.
