• Accommodation: You will be staying at the beautiful Kalani Oceanside Retreat on the Big Island of Hawaii. “Kalani Honua” means harmony of heaven and earth, and this is exactly what this 120 acres of organic environment aspires to, with nutritious vegetarian food, eco accommodation and a stunning heart-opening location (Your choice of single, twin or triple share).
• Full use of the resort’s facilities including pools, yoga sala, internet and gorgeous tropical grounds. Because Kalani is located in a tropical jungle overlooking the spectacular coast, our accommodations have no need of heating and air-conditioning. Views are everywhere and the flora and fauna are diverse and fascinating.

We are proud to be able to work with you to ensure you experience a true retreat for body, mind and spirit.
This will include:
- Guided Meditation every night with Stacey, daily spiritual workshops, practical magic sessions with all magical supplies and our super powerful Full Moon Ritual.
- Specialized Yoga for all levels – (two classes per day) designed to support digestion and circulation by cleansing the wood meridians of liver and gall bladder and igniting the fire meridians, strengthening the heart, small intestine and mind-spirit for total rejuvenation. All Asana (postures) and Pranayama (breath work) will purify, balance and assist you in “burning off emotional dead wood” so you can feel clear, open and reconnected with your natural state of being. Experience yourself in sync with nature, in flow with the seasons and attuned to the cyclic powers of meridian energy.
Mudra and mantra practice will help focus the mind, cleanse the body and prepare the soul for deeper, more relaxing meditative states. Plus, Denby will offer a private yoga session for those who require extra support.
(Remember – you don’t need to have done yoga ever before to benefit! Your body loves and needs to move and yoga is a profound way to do this!)
Experience:
- Sacred Blessing at Kapoho’s Turtle Pond. Afterwards you can snorkel and swim in the sparkling-clean, volcanically-heated fresh water that percolates from the ground! This protected ocean inlet is filled with crystal clear water and is a favorite hangout for Honu (sea turtles).
- Meet Madame Pele and experience a communing ritual with one of the worlds most active Goddesses at her source, the live Halemaumau Crater! We will ask Pele to remove what we no longer need and to instead fill us with creative and confident energy! We will explore the summit of Kilauea, the world’s most active volcano and dine at the edge of a majestic caldera where you can see steam vents, sulfur banks, rain forests, lava tubes, petroglyphs and much more.
- Night-time star gazing from the sacred mountain Mauna Kea, one of the premium astronomical sites in the world! (Bring warm clothes – it’s so high it can snow!)
- Explore an ancient Kahuna Temple and sanctuary and leave an offering for your health and vitality
