Active Birth Yoga

Conception & pre natal ki yoga helps prepare you physically, hormonally & emotionally for pregnancy & birth.

Classes work to strengthen the blood & reproductive organs,the pelvis, legs & lower back & include gentle massage & chakra meditation. Most of the physical discomforts & emotional surges experienced during pregnancy can be embraced, relieved, even avoided with simple postures & breath awareness.

Easing stress & building strong organs will balance the nervous system & in turn, relax any anxieties or energy blockages that may be hindering conception. By developing breath focus & positive willpower, you CAN manifest for yourself a natural conception & an active empowering birth.
