Should I practice in the morning or evening?
This is a personal decision. It is recommended that one practices yoga in the early hours of the morning, to greet the day as it breaks, synchronise with Nature and the budding Earth energies. You will feel alive and awakened in body, mind and spirit. However, night practice also has it’s benefits, helping to unravel, release and prepare for sleep. Try practising in the morning and the evening and then get a sense of which suits your needs, family commitments and lifestyle best.
