The structure and sequence of postures and breathing she guides you through is extremely well thought-out, developing strong foundations for your practice and then steadily building on them. There is nothing random or haphazard about the practice, the flow from one asana to the next is seamless, as is the progression of the courses. Christina also has remarkable clarity of instruction. She explains all the elements of the practice, everything from breath to position to mindfulness in a lucid way that is very easy to follow and apply. Her caring adjustments and her guidance when modifying postures if dealing with an injury or ailment, allow for each student to feel that they are being supported and carefully taught. The environment that Christina creates in the studio is peaceful and relaxed. Others in the class regularly comment on how much it is enriching their overall state of well being. I could not recommend her classes more highly, whether one is looking strictly for physical benefits or a whole lot more.”
