What do I wear & bring to class?
It’s best to wear clothing that is comfortable and doesn’t restrict movement. Garments that ‘breathe’ so your body heat can regulate easily during practice such as loose pants, tights, specialist yoga gear and layers, work well. You can then remove and add as you need. Please be mindful of others and avoid wearing revealing or distracting pieces and no perfume as others may suffer from allergies. Warmth and weight of clothes will obviously depend on the weather/season. All equipment is provided for your comfort, even a water filter, so just bring yourself, your smile, (cash!) and your open heart…
