A coming together of the yoga and wellness community.
Evolve is a weekend of yoga classes with some of Australia’s leading teachers, wellbeing workshops, and presentations on natural health.
At Evolve you can sample different styles of yoga, bliss-out in the breathing and meditation sessions, and engage in workshops on laughter yoga, chanting, Ayurveda and more.
All this topped off with yummy vegetation food and lots of scintillating stuff to check out at the Wellness Market, where you can sip chai and explore the stalls.
Denby Sheather will be teaching two sessions at Evolve (Ki FUSION Yoga & introducing her book “SEXY YOGA”) and would love to see you there!
Denby’s class is on Saturday 3rd – 2:30pm till 3:30pm.
Online tickets only: $55 Weekend Pass, $32 Day Pass, and include entry into all the festivals events. Tickets will also be available at the door, please see the Evolve website for door prices.
