The powerful energy of full moon means we can take advantage of full-on flow to clear away obstacles and attract in our intentions.
Each meditation is totally unique and seasonally based. Expect greater creativity, flow,flexibility, fertility and less stress for the month. This meditation is just like story-time for adults so absolutely no meditation or spiritual experience is necessary!
The studio has mats, blankets, eyepads and pillows so you need not bring anything…just relax and enjoy! Meet other like-minded people in a warm and accepting environment.
