Seasonal Yin Yoga

Highly regarded on Sydney’s northern beaches, Gwynne teaches 5 Elements or Seasonal Yin Yoga: a combination of Hatha Yoga, breath awareness and movement, with seasonal health practices to deliver mind and body balance. Gwynne’s creativity in teaching classes evolves with the seasons, time of day and individual needs.

This yin yoga practice is ideal for evening and will allow you to relax and de-stress.  It is great for the spine and lower back, helping to promote inner strength and flexibility through the creative flow of seasonal hatha yoga for well being and chilling out.  We will work the breath in harmony with movement for whole body awareness, creating calm, inner focus and clarity.  It is also a suitable class to address and correct any injuries and to open you up into wellness and a more balanced life.
