Health and wellness are a life-long inspiration for Lucy, with yoga at the core of her teaching.   Practicing yoga since 1987 Lucy realised a spark had been ignited to a life-changing experience that continues to feed her love and appreciation of yoga today.  She brings to you the transformational teachings of yoga cultivating wellness physically, mentally and spiritually.

Yoga is a beautiful gift, challenging and awakening mind, body and soul.   Lucy will create space for you to relax and revitalise moving into the coming year with renewed physical strength, inner calm and mental clarity to manifest your dreams and inspirations for the year ahead.

Lucy tailors both private and group yoga sessions to suit individual requirements, combining asana (postures), pranayama (breath/vital force) and meditation.  Lucy will give variations of the postures guiding those who are new to yoga and deepen practices for those with more experience.  She has worked with high performing sports people and those with injuries and illness, using the transformative power of yoga to develop awareness and personal growth, recovery and improved range of movement.  Practicing and teaching with sensitivity and integrity she will inspire you to connect with your own healing balance of strength and flexibility, inner calm and vitality.
